Our ‘‘Garden of Earthly Delights’’ party was an inversion of Bosch’s cautionary tale against temptation. Instead, we invited party-goers to embrace the freaky feral animals inside themselves and rejoice in pleasure, indulgence, and mania. This party imagined a world where God has forsaken us all, and that’s a great thing! In the garden, we love to live in sin. Think of Dionysean feasts overflowing with life! It’s Eden if Eve bit the apple, experienced not an ounce of shame, and awoke in a fervor of ecstasy and madness. On June 2nd, we ushered in the Summer of ‘24 by celebrating abundance in its greatest forms: wine, vegetation, dancing, hot people, and most importantly - joy!

We had drinks a plenty, two fantastic DJs, a drag queen host, a live brass band, and a killer sunset view!

The graphics and animations for this project were brought to life with Procreate, Procreate Dreams, and Adobe After Effects. I worked with a high resolution image of Bosch’s ‘‘Garden of Earthly Delights’’ painting; cutting, animating, and adding drawings to advertise and announce our artists and the various programming for this event.
